STONE & SKILLET LOBSTER ROLL

ingredients

  • 1 Stone & Skillet Original English Muffin
  • 1.5 lb Lobster
  • Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonaise ( we like Hellman’s)
  • Butter
  • Old Bay Seasoning (optional)

preparation

  1. Fill a large pot with water and turn on high heat
  2. Pour in enough salt to make it as salty as the sea
  3. Wait till boiling
  4. Boil lobster for 8 minutes per pound (12 minutes for this recipe)
  5. Pull lobster from the pot with tongs and plunge into ice water
  6. Wait until lobster is cool and shell
  7. Chop meat into 1/2 chunks and toss with mayonnaise
  8. Spread butter on cut sides of muffin and toast on a skillet
  9. Scoop lobster onto the muffin, dash with Old Bay, and top
  10. Serve with chips
