- 1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin
- 31-40 cooked shrimp (cocktail size)
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 shredded lettuce
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika
- Cut the Stone & Skillet Muffin in half
- Cut two thin slices of tomato
- For the red remoulade, mix together the rest of the ingredients (makes 2 cups).
- Toss the shrimp in 2 tablespoons of the red remoulade.
- Assemble sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomato, and serve with chips.
