• 1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin
  • 31-40 cooked shrimp (cocktail size)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika


  1. Cut the Stone & Skillet Muffin in half
  2. Cut two thin slices of tomato
  3. For the red remoulade, mix together the rest of the ingredients (makes 2 cups).
  4. Toss the shrimp in 2 tablespoons of the red remoulade.
  5. Assemble sandwich with shredded lettuce, tomato, and serve with chips.
