AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER

ingredients

  1. Mix Russian dressing and horseradish and set aside
  2. Preheat skillet to med-high
  3. Season beef patty with salt and pepper on both sides
  4. Drop patty into pan and cook for 4 minutes
  5. Flip patty over and top with shaved onions and cheese
  6. Cook for an additional 4 minutes
  7. While burger is cooking, spread sauce on top and the bottom muffin.
  8. Top bottom muffin with pickles
  9. Place burger on top of bottom bun and top with muffin

preparation

  • 1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin
  • 5oz beef patty pressed thin
  • 3-4 Bread & butter pickles ( you can use dill, but trust us, B&Bs are the best!)
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 onion sliced thin
  • 2 T Russian dressing
  • 1/2 T horseradish
