• 1 Stone & Skillet English Muffin
  • 1 Egg
  • Canola oil
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 3 slices tomato
  • Bibb lettuce
  • 1 slice Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayo


  1. Slice tomato, set aside
  2. Fry bacon in pan until done, set aside
  3. Preheat nonstick skillet over med-low heat
  4. Split English muffin and cut a hole in the top part of the muffin
  5. Place one slice of cheese on bottom muffin and place in oven until cheese has melted
  6. Put top muffin in skillet and drizzle 1/4 of canola oil in the hole
  7. Crack egg into hole (be careful not to break yolk)
  8. Wait until some of the egg white has set, (about 3 minutes), and cover until egg white is completely cooked through and egg yolk is still runny (an additional 3-4 minutes)
  9. Spread the bottom muffin with mayo and top with lettuce, tomato, bacon and top muffin
  10. Season egg with salt and pepper
