ingredients

  • 4 Stone & Skillet English Muffins
  • ½ lb Genoa Salami
  • ½ lb Hot Capicola
  • ½ lb Mortadella
  • ¼ lb Provolone
  • ¼ lb Mozzarella
  • Olive Salad

preparation

Cut muffins lengthwise and spread olive salad on both sides, going heavier on the bottom muffin.

Layer the sandwich like this:

  • Genoa
  • Mortadella
  • Mozzarella
  • Capicola
  • Provolone

Top with the other muffin and press down to flatten the sandwich.

Olive Salad

  • 1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, crushed
  • 1/2 cup drained kalamata olives, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 cup gardenia
