- Stone & Skillet English Muffins
- ¼ cup smoked pork,pulled
- 2 slices of thick cut ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Dill pickle slices
- Banana peppers
- Yellow mustard
- 2 heavy skillets. One wrapped in tin foil
- Preheat skillet to med-high
- Assemble sandwich and and melt a little butter in pan. Place sandwich in pan and use another heavy pan wrapped in tin foil to press down on the sandwich, (if you don’t have a panini press).
- Flip after a few minutes. Once cheese has melted and the bread is toasted, it’s done.
