• Stone & Skillet English Muffins
  • ¼ cup smoked pork,pulled
  • 2 slices of thick cut ham
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Banana peppers
  • Yellow mustard
  • Butter
  • 2 heavy skillets. One wrapped in tin foil


  1. Preheat skillet to med-high
  2. Assemble sandwich and and melt a little butter in pan. Place sandwich in pan and use another heavy pan wrapped in tin foil to press down on the sandwich, (if you don’t have a panini press).
  3. Flip after a few minutes. Once cheese has melted and the bread is toasted, it’s done.
